Reigniting brand love for Dolphin torches with a nationwide campaign built on real stories, everyday moments, and trusted performance.

Dolphin torches are an iconic Australian staple, trusted for over 55 years. The goal was to move beyond product-led messaging to reawaken brand affinity and drive engagement across both digital and in-store channels.

Brief

We tapped into real user stories, showcasing the trusted relationship Aussies have with their Dolphin torches, from camping trips to stormy nights. Through a TTL campaign, we created a suite of social videos, static assets, and in-store posters linked via QR codes to customer testimonials. Each touchpoint reinforced the product’s legacy and durability, brought to life in a fresh, relatable way.
