IVE releases full year result in line with guidance as 2030 strategy progresses.


Today, IVE (ASX:IGL) announced its financial year results for the year ending 30 June 2026, delivering a solid full-year result in line with guidance despite a difficult macroeconomic environment.
Key underlying1 financial performance indicatorsfor the year include:
· Revenue $937.4m, down 1.8% from $954.8m pcp2
· EBITDA(Pre-AASB 16) $112.6m, up 2.8% from $109.5m pcp
· NPAT (Pre-AASB 16) $52.5m, up 3.0% from $51.0m pcp
· Operating cash conversion to EBITDA 93.6%, compared with 101.9% pcp
· Fully franked final dividend of 9.0¢ps, up 0.5¢ps from 8.5¢ps pcp and ahead of guidance of 8.5¢ps (FY26 dividend of 18.5¢ps, up 0.5¢ps from 18.0¢ps pcp.)

Commenting on IVE Group’s FY26performance, Managing Director, Matt Aitken said:
“IVE delivered on guidance with a solid full-year performance despite an increasingly difficult economic landscape. Over the past year the Group has made good progress against our 2030 strategy including the move to the new Dandenong 3PL site, the relocation of five business units to the Kemps Creek supersite and a number of scale enhancing and/or strategic acquisitions together which provide additional opportunities for operational efficiencies and long-term revenue growth.”
During FY26, IVE continued to progress its 2030 strategy, integrating three acquisitions – Impressu, DailyPress and BMS – and relocating five business units to its new Kemps Creek supersite. The site provides operational efficiencies along with additional capacity for growth.
The Group also expanded its 3PL operations through its new Dandenong South facility and significant new client wins, while progressing the commercialisation of AI through proprietary platforms, strategic partnerships, agentic solutions and an AI-certified workforce.
