This year on R U OK Day we have supported Liptember, a fantastic charity dedicated to raising funds and awareness for women’s mental health.
We created a virtual IVE Lippy Lounge and delivered Liptember products to our 1,600 staff across the country to catch up and discuss mental health on this important day. All proceeds were donated to Liptember.
Our staff looked fantastic, wearing colourful lipsticks to show our support of Liptember.
